  • Rubber Stamps
  • Watercolor Paper
  • Hole Punch
  • Makeup sponge
  • Small spray bottle with water
  • Paper trimmer
  • Heat gun

  4. Cindy, these tags are so cute. I don’t have Goose Bumps but wanted to try this technique so I used some clear gesso. It came out so cute. Thanks for sharing. ~~rita
