Art Journal Play

Sometimes we forget to take time just to play. Playing in our journals can be so good for our mind, our soul, and well being. Play with no rules and no expectations. At the beginning of this little art journal play session I was tense and a little stressed from other things going on. But once I let myself get into the flow of just playing I was so much more relaxed. I hope the short process video inspires you to get out your art journal or a piece of paper and just play.
